TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipping: Shipping charges will be calculated through United State Postal Services for ground delivery. There is a $2.50 handling and a $2.50 signature charge for ground shipments. Shipment for most standard orders within 5-7 business days.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

Sales Tax: We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped within Florida. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to email us at customerservice@gh3national.com

 

Payment Terms: Credit cards accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa

We’re sorry, we do not accept: CODs, Layaway plan, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Credit cards with billing addresses outside the U.S.

Important information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Return Policy Lifestyle Productions, Inc. (GH3 National) allows for returns or exchanges within a 30-day period. Shipping charges are not refundable. To return or exchange merchandise, please enclose your receipt (noting on the front side the reason for your return and the action you wish taken), and ship your package pre-paid and insured. Should you have any questions concerning a return, please contact us at customerservice@gh3national.com.

Damages When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 954-630-9114 or email us at customerservice@gh3national.com Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We’re sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable.
